Refund policy

All sales are final due to the personalization and/or customization of the items created. However, if there is a mistake made on your order, please notify Two Freckle at twofreckle@gmail.com within 72 hours of order delivery to initiate a return and replacement. The item will be reproduced with the exact specifications in which it was originally ordered. Please include your order number in all communication.

We strive for complete customer satisfaction and aim to provide detailed pictures and product descriptions so that you are confident in your purchase. Most product pages contain variations that allow you to customize your order. Variations include, but are not limited to, size, style, color or pieces included in the set. Everything pictured may not be included in your order unless you select those options.

While the utmost care is taken to represent colors as accurately as possible, the colors depicted through your viewing device cannot be guaranteed to match the colors of the actual fabric or threads due to variances in monitors and screens.
