Shipping Timeline

Current production times are displayed on the banner at the top of the website and is updated as it changes. Transit times are additional and is determined by the shipping method chosen at checkout. Should you need delivery sooner than the posted times, please contact us to inquire about expediting your order. An expedited rush fee may be charged during times of heavy orders; however, we try to accommodate without this fee when possible. Shipping Options

Standard Shipping is shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and includes tracking and insurance up to $100. Typical delivery time is 2-5 days and is determined by the shipping address on your order. This option does not come with a guaranteed date of arrival.

Priority Shipping is shipped via USPS Priority Mail and includes tracking and insurance up to $100. Typical delivery time is 1-4 days and is determined by the shipping address on your order. This option does not come with a guaranteed date of arrival.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Two Freckle is unable to offer refunds due to lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. Your shipment does include $100 in insurance and a claim can be filed with USPS for lost or damaged packages.

Returned Shipments

Orders will be shipped to the address listed at the time of checkout. Please verify this address, as Two Freckle will not be responsible for shipping errors due to an incorrect address. Should your order be returned to the shop due to an address error, an invoice for additional shipping charges will be sent to the email on file. Your order will be resent once the new shipping charges have been paid.
